How to Make The Ultimate Egg Sandwich over at the freshly opened Summers Juice and Coffee in Brooklyn. Between the special bun is a spiral of sriracha, avocado, bacon, and a fried egg filled with cheese.

Only a month old, we have been following the process of our friends at Summers Juice and Coffee in Brooklyn excitedly on instagram for the making of and day to day. While recently in New York I stopped by and reminded how good a simple breakfast sandwich can be.
If you are in the area, find Summers Juice and Coffee in Brooklyn at 155 South 4th St near the base of the Williamsburg Bridge.
While Alex Kleinberg makes it look so easy, i am not sure my recreation of this delicious sandwich would be quite the same at home. Part of the trick is the bun - this Parker Roll from Clinton St. Baking Company! From there, it is toasted and topped with fresh avocado, bacon, a cage free fried egg filled with cheese, and a spiral of Sriracha!
On fun branding, love that they hand stamp their sandwich paper and coffee cups each morning.
