Welcome!
In this big internet jungle it's so many good and bad design blogs and websites for people like us (involuntarily curious and addicted to news feeds about everything that has to do with design and culture/events). That's why we decided to have our own blog where the idea is that we post all the fun and interesting stuff we find out there. This is where we write our hearts out!
We've chosen the name Playmedesign so everybody can look at this blog as an open playground to play in ;)
Spread the word-
Let's play!
Julia
P.S. Please contact us if you have any designs you would like us to see, if you have some feedback or ideas for our blog: contact@playmedesign.com

OMA's Milstein Hall in jeopardy. Designed as studios for Cornell's architecture students, some faculty are objecting to the aesthetics and sustainability of the project. The loss of Milstein Hall also jeopardizes accreditation of Cornell's architecture programs.

Exlusive tablelamp in black glossy lacquer and
Black/gold lampshade. Lampfot is made in baroque style, the lamp gives a very worm soft light. Mr Di is the large table lamp, and then you can also buy Mrs Di that is the smaller version.

The video for Mind Wall is really fun. It reminds me of Warioware meets Katamari Damacy.

To mark the occasion a new horror video game is launching the world’s first ‘superstitious ad campaign’ - turning specially trained black cats into walking adverts for the launch of F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin on the day itself.
Apparently people are extra vigilant about looking out for signs of bad luck on Friday 13th, so on that day a team of black cats (a traditional sign of bad luck) dressed in little F.E.A.R 2 branded jackets and cat harnesses, will hit the streets of London with their trainers hoping to capture the attention of superstitious shoppers.
