More than just a striking façade, this building’s hexagonal curtain is based upon climate modeling and serves to regulate the structure’s temperature and daylight by varying the size of each cell’s window.
JVA designed this particular community building with resting facilities in Kleppstad, Norway. Located on an amazing landscape, the building looks like a stone from behind, blending with the surroundings.
