France is making a fuss this week over Richard Serra, the 68-year-old American bantamweight who fashions elegant, gargantuan art out of steel.
RUGenius made it over to the Banksy Cans Festival where over 600 stencil artists took on a tunnel below Waterloo... and luckily for us she took hundreds of pics to share with us... mind blowing stuff.
