An inverted periscope is part of the wonderful square renewal of the Célestins Square in Lyon, that includes also vivid greenery, a pool fountain, wood flooring, and an underground parking.
The view through the periscope is puzzling…
…and we could not help but go seven floors downstairs to see a moving sculpture in action.
